Good question!
Personally, I think that God does not speak any particular language and is not of any particular culture, those are all earthly things.
Just my humble opinion.

picked up sig language very quickly. This is my sincere compliment to her.

I'm not religious so it's 'academic' lol However IF I was of such a believe in these deities, I would opt not for God to sign to me, but to give me hearing, takes all sorts, as I understand the bible anyway, 'all will be cleansed' of sins, and Jesus thought deafness was so he spat on a deaf person and 'cured' him. This God fella will have to be a real chameleon to appease everyone. God is Black, God is Chinese, God is Deaf, God is hearing...... someone with a real ID crisis...
